Autumn of her Life

In the autumn of her life, Minnie found herself being bounced around after her owner died. Soft and sweet this senior girl of nine is still learning to feel secure again.
Now called Minnie Girl with a Saluki live in companion of 12 years, her days consist of walks through the neighborhood, napping and entertaining human and canine friends alike in her fabulous screen house during the warm weather months. MG’s relationship with friends is very warm and she relishes sharing her shedding coat with everyone.
Despite being a bit overweight when she first moved in, her health is excellent and she’s slimming down nicely. She's also a big time smiler when she is on the run or very excited at feeding time. One of her other accomplishments is that she is a 5 Star counter surfer! The Saluki is really good but MG puts her to shame.
She is excellent on lead and seems not to have a forceful prey instinct evidenced by a Vixen fox who passed within 10 feet of our screen house as an uninterested MG casually watched.
MG sounds like she is home ❤
