Tom

Tom aka Patches was dumped at a shelter in horrible condition. He had a huge growth on his back leg. A lot of his hair was missing. He had lived with a guy for approx 7 years and those 7 years was spent living outside 24/7. Tom had belonged to a young man that died and when he died his dad took the dog in and placed his home in the back yard. The dad then sold his home and gave the dog to a shelter. NBRF find out about this dog and contacted the shelter. The shelter let him go into a permanent foster home with Lois Moon. As some time passed we found out that Tom had cancer and Lois Moon gave him hospice care to the end. Forever thankful to Lois and her family for giving him love and a warm home to call his own.
